We focus on people. Not only do we care for our clients, we care for our staff too.
We have been rated “GOOD” in all areas on our last CQC Inspection. Our Inspector said:
Staff valued the people they supported and were motivated to provide people with a high-quality service. Staff said “We work as a team. There is no division between carers and the office” and “We’re a great bunch of staff. Very good carers who put client’s needs first” Staff felt supported by the management team and told us they were approachable and would listen to them. A staff member said “I feel massively supported. Really happy here. They are really responsive, and nothing is ever any trouble”.
We recognise that our staff are individuals too, with their own lives. We will support you to get to where you want to be whether it is working a few part-time hours or working towards further qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or a level 5 Diploma.
Previous care experience isn’t essential as we have an in-house Training Academy with skilled trainers, some of whom are former carer workers, who will train you in an induction programme designed to fully equip you with the skills you need to deliver the best care you can.
