Job Description
Due the successfulness of our NHS project we have an urgent need to to provide live-in support with urgent hospital discharges in Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath.
This position is offered with hotel accommodation and you will be paid on full retainer pay regardless of whether you are supporting a placement or not. The expectation is that any live-in carers applying for this post will be available for an agreed period of time to move with 24 hours notice to support discharge flow.
We offer a fully managed service and carers applying for this post need to be willing to work alongside a dedicated manager to achieve a positive outcome for our clients.
Salary for employed carers starts at £700 per week with all travel and food costs covered for the commitment period.

They may live at home with their family, be in supported living accommodation or living independently. Each of our clients have a tailored support care plan to their specific needs including cognitive, physical or mental health needs. Clients may need that extra little bit of support after a stay in hospital, or may need longer term help with personal care, shopping, preparing meals, medication, or just getting out into their local community. Our services are designed to fit around the individual and their lifestyle, whether it’s just one hour a week or full time live in care, and clients who are funded through direct payments or their own funds.
