Job Title: Employment Support Specialist
Location: Redhill
(working across East Surrey, may be required to travel across the county)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,310 to £25,470 per annum

We are currently looking for 2 enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team at Surrey Choices. Using a person-centred approach, you will be supporting people within their community in line with their interests and aspirations, helping people to lead more active, independent and healthy lives.
As an Employment Support Specialist, you will be required to guide and support customers with their employment aspirations and encouraging access to paid employment, volunteering, and other opportunities in their communities independently. You will support customers with CV writing, interview preparation, job coaching and travel training.
