Job Title: Regional Sales Advisor

Location:Cheltenham, Oxfordshire, Gloucester, Worcester 

Salary range: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus commission and mileage from home

Contract: Perm, Full Time

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We’re currently looking for a personable Regional Sales Advisor to join our driven sales team. You’ll promote the sale of all Richmond products and services to meet achievable targets - always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families. 

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Manage property sales enquiries across a portfolio of villages in order to maximise both sales and occupancy of the assisted living, independent living and rental services.
  • Maintain and update the sales database and relevant systems.
  • Ensure all activities are in line with the ARCO code of conduct and consumer code.
  • Manage the conveyancing process from reservation through to completion, working alongside the support team and solicitors.
  • Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager.
  • Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups.
  • Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function.
  • Ensure all planned move ins are communicated to the relevant teams, ensuring all documentation is completed prior to the move.
  • Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Deal with all relevant admin such as weekly sales management reports and update all listings on Rightmove and any other property portals.
  • You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own car

Who we’re looking for


A determined individual with previous property sales experience within the retirement sector - you’ll be comfortable working to targets and delivering sales figures. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Courteous with a meticulous attention to detail, you’ll listen to and build rapport with our customers - quickly identifying their needs and matching this to our products.  A confident influencer and negotiator – with great customer care skills, you’ll have no problem leaving a positive impression on our current and future residents and their relatives.
