Job Description

Our client is searching for an experienced Recovery Coordinator (Support Worker) to adopt a person-centred approach while working in a high or medium support service, caring for vulnerable adults with enduring mental health and challenging behaviours. The successful candidate will empower residents and help them in their journey to independent living, making each day of their lives as fulfilling and meaningful as possible. This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week with the need to provide cover on a shift rota basis, including day, evening, occasional weekends, and sleep-in shifts.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have an undergraduate degree or a vocational qualification in health and social care. Additionally, you should have at least two years of experience working as a Support Worker within mental health services and possess good knowledge of mental health-related illnesses. Strong administration and organization skills are a must, as is experience in working with caseloads of clients. You should also have strong computer skills and digital dexterity, as well as experience using Customer Relationship Management systems and databases.
