Caremark (Aylesbury and Wycombe) is a multi-award-winning doctor-led home care company who are looking for either a non-experienced or an experienced carer/care assistant to join our team. We are looking for care assistants who want a great work-life balance and who care about people, because we care about you. You must hold a driving licence and able to work in the UK.
For your time, expertise and caring skills we will provide:
- Hourly wage of £10.40 day time, £10.50 evening and weekend, and £15.50 for Bank Holidays
- Evening salary: £14,000 (working 6pm - 11pm 4 evenings week 1, 4 evenings and weekend week 2)
- Quarterly bonuses (£75 -£260 just for being you!)
- £250 welcome bonus once you’ve worked 250 hours
- Claim 45p per mile for travel
- £40 towards your yearly MOT

You will be supporting your clients in their own home to ensure they remain as independent as possible; this includes supporting them with medication, personal care, mobility, companionship, and social support. This is a truly empowering position that make you feel good about yourself.
