Bank Night Care Leader Location: The Meadows Care Home, Didcot, Oxfordshire Pay rate: Up to £14.85 per hour Available shift times: 7:00pm - 7:15am ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next level? Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. The Meadows is a 68 bed Care Home situated in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The home offers early-stage dementia and nursing care in a comfortable, homely setting.
