Service Name:  Hazlemere Lodge Care Home
Location:  High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP15
Salary:  £11.63 per hour 

Hours: 38hrs per week

Ambient Support is a registered UK charity with over 25 years’ experience in providing care and support services for older people, people with a mental health need and people with a learning disability.

Our Care Team Leader needs:

• Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
• Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility
• An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support
• To be able to undertake a flexible working pattern
• To be confident, able to deal with stressful situations & can think on your feet.
  to be a ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships and motivating others to reach their full potential.
• Flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of humour is a must too! work independently, as well as part of a team
• Experience of working with vulnerable people or those with complex needs and have experience and/ or a passion for enhancing individuals’ quality of life through positive behaviour support.
• To support the management and take the lead in service delivery, you will be expected to carry out daily tasks as well as senior duties.
• Have an NVQ L3 in Health & Social Care, or relevant qualification
• Have supervisory/management experience 
• Be well organised 
   

Hazlemere Lodge is ideally situated in the heart of the community in Hazelmere.
