Job Title: Senior Community Support Worker
Location: Woking
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, 7 days a week (Flexible Working Hours on a rota basis)
Salary: £24,460 to £26,730 per annum

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team at the Cranstock hub in Woking at Surrey Choices. Using a person-centred approach, you will be supporting people within their community in line with their interests and aspirations. Whether visiting a leisure centre, local library or cinema, you will be helping people to lead more active, independent and healthy lives.
