About Us:
The Frances Taylor Foundation provides a comprehensive array of social care and support services, all rooted in a person-centred approach. We operate across Liverpool and Merseyside, Brighton and Hove, and Greater London.
Our services have a rich history. In the 1980s and 1990s, as the UK transitioned from large institutions to smaller community-based care for people with learning disabilities, we were at the forefront. We've continued to evolve, modernising our offerings to meet the changing needs and preferences of those we support. Some of our services are housed in brand new facilities, reflecting our commitment to innovation and understanding the unique aspirations of individuals. If you believe in personalised care and are ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you join us.

About The Kairos Centre
The Kairos Centre is a catholic spirituality and conference centre, available for day visits and overnight stays. The centre is an urban oasis in south-west London situated within acres of landscaped gardens and overlooking the historic Richmond Park. Our tranquil setting of peaceful, secluded gardens provides place to pray, space to think and time to meet. We offer a programme of organised retreats and events along with the opportunities for spiritual direction and personal quiet days. We wish to warmly invite everyone to share times of prayer and reflection with us. Kairos is keen to be a resource for the local community where, together, we can respond to the Lord's invitation to 'come and rest a while.'
We really care about our staff and offer a range of excellent benefits:
'I have worked with the Frances Taylor Foundation for over three years and can honestly say this is the best organisation I have worked for'.

The Frances Taylor Foundation offers a wide range of social care and support services, all aiming to work in person centred ways. We work in Liverpool and Merseyside, Brighton and Hove, and Greater London.
Some services were established many years ago, and were further developed when, in the 1980s and 1990s, across the UK, services for people with learning disabilities moved from large institutional settings to smaller scale, community based care and support. Further modernisation has continued apace. Some services have been developed much more recently, in new buildings and with new understandings of people’s preferences and aspirations about how they wish to lead their lives.
