Support Worker (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Make a Positive Impact in Metheringham, Lincolnshire
£13.20 per hour

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. You will also be required to complete PROACT SCIPr UK training.

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our team and help a vibrant young woman in her early 20s with complex physical, mental health needs, and autism. What You’ll Do:

  • Support a young woman with boundless energy and an amazing sense of humor—she responds best to those who can share in her laughter and fun!
  • Work as part of a close-knit team providing 2-1 support, ensuring her daily routines and needs are met.
  • Help with day-to-day tasks, while following specific support guidelines—routines are essential to her well-being.
  • Receive training in managing behaviors of distress and PROACT SCIPr UK training to ensure you can confidently support her.

Shift Patterns:

08:00 – 16:00
16:00 – 22:00
16:00 – 22:00 (with sleep-in)

Requirements:

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
Prior experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities.
A positive, patient attitude and the ability to follow routines.
