FULL and PART TIME Support Worker opportunities in central Bath
We are looking for proactive, confident, engaging and caring people to join two close-knit support teams, in central Bath.
One of our Bath Managers supports people with a wide range of disabilities, from mild to moderate learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex health needs, across the 4 homes in Central Bath that she manages. At interview, we will consider your personality, personal attributes & experience to carefully match you to the different people we support.
Being centrally located, each home is easy to access on public transport, or may even simply be a lovely stroll, through the city, from your home.
Regardless of which home you are supporting in, you can be assured that you will be enabling each person to live their best life – the life that they choose to live.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
