We have a lovely opportunity to become part of an established team, supporting three individuals, who share a home in CF3 4BR.
The two ladies and one gentleman you will be supporting have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs so you will need to bring your A GAME, every day, to ensure all their needs are met; you will be trained to a high level to ensure you are able to do this effectively.
They also ask that you will be active and engaging as they live busy, busy lives and want you to enjoy their days as much as they do!
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with their personal care and mobility needs.
