We are looking for support workers to join our team in our care home, Bradbury Lodge, in Whitchurch, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

A support worker is great at building relationships, kind, respectful, patient and supports people to live they life they choose. It is a varied role that can include anything from supporting someone with household tasks like cooking to supporting someone with their hobbies and interests. Everyday is different as a support worker and you will be making a difference to someone’s life everyday.

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in Shropshire and the West Midlands.

Bethphage is a charitable and specialist provider of support for adults (18+) with learning disabilities. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for more than 150 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Our support varies depending on the person’s needs, ranging from two hours a week to 24 hours day and night. Support is provided in people’s own homes, their family home, in individual or shared tenancies and out in the community. We support people in small group settings or on an individual basis. Our aim is to always provide person centered support to help people connect with their community through meaningful activities and interests.
