We have an exciting opportunity to lead a team in the Whitchurch area.
Your role will be to assist the service manager in delivering outstanding levels of care to the people we support.
We are looking for someone to lead the team in one of our services in Whitchurch supporting three people who live in a shared bungalow.
We are looking for a team player, someone who is confident and is a good communicator, is flexible, a good listener, empathetic and can cope well under pressure.
Some elements of personal care may be required for this role.
Sleep in’s and weekend/bank holidays are also required

Bethphage is a charitable and specialist provider of support for adults (18+) with learning disabilities. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for more than 150 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Our support varies depending on the person’s needs, ranging from two hours a week to 24 hours day and night. Support is provided in people’s own homes, their family home, in individual or shared tenancies and out in the community. We support people in small group settings or on an individual basis. Our aim is to always provide person centered support to help people connect with their community through meaningful activities and interests.
