Part Time Quality Audit Assistant
Approx 20 hours per week, Term time working will be considered
£12.90 per hour

We are looking to recruit to the role of Quality Audit Assistant. The postholder will ensure that the people we support receive a quality service through the development and maintenance of quality systems and identification of ways to continuously improve the services we deliver to vulnerable adults. This is an exciting addition to the organisation, we want to ensure our focus on quality captures the good work that our staff do every day, whilst identifying areas where improvements will benefit the people we support.
We are inviting people who have a level 3 Diploma in Social Care and Health or equivalent and experience of working with people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health to apply. This role will involve working with Manager’s from across the Organisation to audit services and develop plans to identify areas to improve. This position is hybrid working ,the candidates will be able to travel to services as required.

Bethphage is a charitable and specialist provider of support for adults (18+) with learning disabilities. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for more than 150 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Our support varies depending on the person’s needs, ranging from two hours a week to 24 hours day and night. Support is provided in people’s own homes, their family home, in individual or shared tenancies and out in the community. We support people in small group settings or on an individual basis. Our aim is to always provide person centered support to help people connect with their community through meaningful activities and interests.
