Support Worker Needed!
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Driver: Full UK driving licence required
We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a gentleman in his early 50s, living in his own flat, who requires support to maintain an active and engaging lifestyle.
The Role
This position involves supporting the individual in daily activities and encouraging participation in hobbies he enjoys, such as swimming, cycling, walking, and day trips. You will also help introduce new experiences to keep life varied.
In addition to supporting his hobbies, you will provide personal care where necessary, ensuring it is delivered with respect and sensitivity. Flexibility is required, as shifts may include early mornings, late nights, and waking nights.
