About the Role
The purpose of your new job is to give the highest quality care within ourhomes. This will include:
Ideally with NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it), you’ll have experience ofsupporting individuals with a learning disability and be able todemonstrate leadership skills. Indeed, you’ll be something of a role modelwhen it comes to exceptional care practice. You’ll have experience ofcarrying out team building training and troubleshooting day–to–day issuesand happy to roll your sleeves up and get on with things if someone doesn’tturn up for work.
