One of the values of Community Integrated Care is our passion for our people and every year we invest in our front-line worker pay in line with the Living Wage increase each April. Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March 2025 your pay with be £11.94ph and then from the 1 April 2025 this will increase to £12.62ph
