Supporting a sociable man in his 50’s who has learning disabilities, Dimensions Support Workers will empower this gentleman’s independence by supporting him to do the things he enjoys, which include:
Although this gentleman does not use many words to communicate, he can understand you and loves to be around people. He has various ways of telling you what he wants. Don’t worry if you haven’t experienced this type of communication before as Dimensions provide Support Workers with full training.
Support Workers will also support this gentleman by assisting with day-to-day tasks (which include – but are not limited to – finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
Dimensions are pleased to be able to accept applications from full or part-time Support Workers and offer a payrate of £12.52 per hour.
Shifts run 07.00-14.30/14.30-22.00 we also need Support Workers to undertake 2 sleep-in shifts a week. (Sleep-ins are paid at an allowance of £50 per shift).
As this gentleman has his own vehicle it is essential that all Support Workers hold a full UK/EU driving license.
