Here at Discovery, we are looking for Support Workers to provide Support and promote independence to 6 males and 6 females all living in their own homes in Street.
There are so many different activities that go on its hard to keep up! From Karaoke and playing the drums to staying in for a pamper or heading out to the pub! No two days are ever the same!
We are looking for people who will assist in creating happy, vibrant, and busy homes. The people we support want to learn new skills and try new activities with Support Workers who are passionate about supporting them. They also want caring people to support them with personal care, cooking, shopping and keeping their homes spotless!
You don’t need to have prior experience working within a Social Care role we just ask that you have the right values and want to make a difference everyday.
