Shift Patterns:
At Moresby Park, our shift patterns are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring continuous support.
Shifts vary over a 7-day period and typically follow one of two structures: a 13-hour shift from 8 AM to 9 PM or a longer 16-hour shift that includes a sleep-in, running from 11 AM to 11 PM, followed by an additional shift from 7 AM to 11 AM the next morning.
We do not operate on fixed shift patterns, and there are no set weekends off, allowing for a dynamic and adaptable work schedule that meets both staff and service needs.
