Fixed Term Contract   The EUC Engineer will provide support to HC-One colleagues through the provision of IT services that are focussed on the build, deployment and management of IT hardware, software and services focussed on the end users of IT.  Primarily this will be the build and support of end user devices, the configuration and support of some server based systems and some incoming call incident management to support the IT first line Service Desk. The majority of work will be direct user support or outbound calls and remote support to respond to Service Requests, Requests for Change and Incident management in line with the overall IT Service Desk objectives and ITIL Best Practices.
