Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, we have been supporting older people for over 120 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.
We are searching for a Care Manager to work alongside the management team and be responsible for the day to day running of the care home, providing leadership and line management to the care home team, driving continuous improvement, through effective monitoring and proactive management, whilst delivering financial sustainability for the home.
