The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty. We are searching for a  Care Manager  to work alongside the management team and be responsible for the day to day running of the care home, providing leadership and line management to the care home team, driving continuous improvement, through effective monitoring and proactive management, whilst delivering financial sustainability for the home. Contract:  Full-time, Part-time, Bank Hours available: 12-36 per week Working Pattern: Days, Nights, Weekends Must live in a commutable distance to Alton, Worcestershire.
