“It’s not just nursing – it’s making a difference every single day.”
That’s how one of our nurses describes their role. If you’re compassionate, professional, and ready to use your skills to empower others, we’d love to hear from you.
A home, not just a service
Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.
Your working hours
Our Registered Nurses work 12-hour shifts, with day shifts running from 7:30am–8:00pm and night shifts from 7:30pm–8:00am. We also offer flexible options, including full-time, part-time, and half-day shifts.
Half-day shift examples include:
• 7:30am–2:00pm
• 1:30pm–8:00pm
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.
Why you’ll love working here
As well as providing support for your wellbeing and development, we offer a fantastic range of benefits:
Pay enhancement: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you’ll do
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
