- Set the people strategy for Support Services and subsidiaries, driving performance, culture, and organisational success.
- Partner with our executive team, influencing decisions and shaping the future of our workforce.
- Design the organisation of tomorrow — job roles, structures, operating models, and leadership capability.
- Champion leadership excellence, coaching managers and delivering development that truly elevates performance.
- Drive transformation, from restructures to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring people are supported every step of the way.
- Lead with integrity, managing ER matters, people risk, and compliance with confidence.
