We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our leadership development strategy. This pivotal role ensures leaders at all levels are equipped to thrive in a complex, fast-changing environment while building a strong talent pipeline for the future.
This is a full-time permanent role with national travel and regular / weekly presence in our head office in Widnes. The ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes.
