We’re working to improve the lives of people here in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. As a Senior Surveyor, you will use your professional skills and experience to project manage and lead on various home adaptation projects from inception to completion.
We are looking for an exceptional individual for a vacancy in the Home Adaptation team. The Surveyor will be managing, delivering and supervising a range of adaptations and alterations to properties. Ensuring the financial and legislative risks are managed and to deliver safe compliant accessible homes.
You would be joining a busy team who deal with a wide range of statutory services which include disabled facilities grants, home adaptations and property interventions.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential. You will need to be organised, self-motivated, with a strong customer focus, but also a good team player. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate an adaptable and flexible approach, a can-do-attitude and an ability to work on your own initiative.
