Full time - 37 hours per week.
28 days' leave.

What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of care leavers in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
supporting care leavers aged 16-25.
making sure care leavers have access to all their care leaver entitlements.
providing information, advice and guidance.
supporting care leavers to access services which will help them achieve their goals and live independently as young adults.
being part of a specialist team that supports asylum seeking young people and refugees alongside care leavers from Somerset.
