In this pivotal front-of-house role, you will ensure that every visitor, resident, and colleague receives a first-class service and a positive experience.
You’ll be a key member of our reception and administrative team, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment for everyone who visits or works at the care home. Your role will involve a variety of reception and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the home.
