The role of Care and Support Worker is based on a rota basis which may include evening and weekend shifts. This is a pivotal position to help ensure our residents live a meaningful life and feel involved within their community. The role of Care and Support Worker will involve the delivery of Care Services within our Retirement Living Service to excellent standards. This post is for an average 37.5 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota which includes alternate weekend working. About the Role We are seeking a Kashrut and Cultural Food Lead to play a vital role in ensuring that our food and hospitality services reflect and celebrate Jewish culture and values. You’ll support the Head of Hospitality, Business Managers, and Senior Chefs across Jewish Care to uphold Kashrut standards across supervised sites, provide expert guidance and training to kitchen staff, and act as the central link between Jewish Care and the Kashrut supervisory bodies that license our kitchens.
