About the Employer
To support a young adult male with a diagnosis of a learning disability, ADHD, Autism, hyper mobility, asthma, mental health and a loss of hearing in both ears (although does have hearing aids). The support would initially be within the home leading to encouraging and promoting him to access his local community, build on confidence and engaging in his chosen activities.
