Contracted 36 hrs Shifts - Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm With occasional weekends shift pattern meaning the CDM is on the floor for 12 hours leaving 24 hours supernumerary to support CHM with clinical audits, medication ordering, supervisions and appraisals and stand in for CHM when she is on leave.
