We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive female Support Worker to join an established care team supporting a young woman with complex health needs, including Cauda Equina syndrome, T5 paraplegia, dissociative disorder, and functional seizures. She lives on a peaceful smallholding in Whitemoor, St Austell with her husband and two children (aged 10 and 11), alongside a variety of much-loved animals two dogs, five cats, and a few friendly chickens. Becoming this young woman's Support Worker offers a truly rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care within a warm, family-oriented, and animal-friendly environment.
