About the Employer
I am mum to a teenage girl with autism, learning difficulties, and a pending diagnosis of ADHD. My daughter suffered a stroke when she was born which has resulted in epilepsy caused by a brain injury. My daughter struggles with transitions and she can sometimes present with challenging behaviour as a result, but she is very sociable and friendly. She is vulnerable and therefore needs close supervision, and while epilepsy training will be provided, this is currently well managed.
